 That building has mold all over him, why don't they paint it over??

About that one, the artistic graffiti is kinda cool..although i'm not a fan off that kind od artistic impression but there is junk graffiti over it and it ruins the hole wall...

 here there's all that electric lines... why oh why they don't make underground tubes??
